The doctors are probably fine but this building could definitely do with an update, it feels like your waiting in the wrong part of the building between the mops and files somewhere in the 90s and not in a space client's actually have to pay to use. Or at least some cleaning and maintenance! It feels juuuust a star up from a state hospital. Come on people, show some respect for yourselves and your patients. Also, please get a parking ticket payment machine that you can use a card with like the rest of the modern world?

The cakes at the coffee shop look super yummy though, 5 stars for that

Took my wife to the emergency department for an injury. The service from every single staff member was phenomenal,professional, efficient and friendly. Even the cafeteria staff was friendly and made jokes. When we arrived the security guard at emergency immediately assisted with a wheel chair and showed me where to park.

Some of the nurses are lovely, but some are terrible. My mother nearly died yesterday because the nurse whom she told she couldn't breathe ignored her, eventually it turned into a code blue because she almost suffocated. On another occasion she called a nurse to come and help her back from the bathroom, after ringing the bell several times the nurse opened the door, she said she was done and the nurse turned around and left her there, so she had to make her own way back. What if she had fallen? She's 76 years old and weak after surgery. I am not happy at all with this level of care from a private hospital.

I went in to Unitas today for a small back procedure. The staff in Ward 2 B were professional friendly and did what was expected. Very pleasant all round. To be commended. And all this from a practising GP. Thanks very much team!

I gave birth on the 16 August 2022 and received a 5 star treatment. The labour ward nurses are professional and friendly. Dr Rene Van As is the best Gynaecologist, she made sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you Unitas Centurion

The night shift staff thinks they do you a favor to look after you. I went for a knee surgery and the Docters used at Unitas is such professionals. Friends of mine warn me about the aftercare service and due to me being here before I disagreed. I know now why they made the statements of bad service. You pay a premium to be submitted to a private hospital but get the treatment of a state hospital. My pain medication was suppose to be submitted through the drip but the drip was completed for about 1 hour 30 minutes. When I querried this the night nurse told me that it only went empty now. She called me a liar. How on earth does anyone want to be treated like this if you are a paying customer.

Took my mum for an op, the staff was very friendly at first but my mum's op was scheduled last as the doc said it was imperative that the op be done sooner that later. All went well. She spent the day in High Care, after which she was transferred to 2a 6b then she gets told because she's alone she will be moved to 2a 5c... and low and behold while they move her some1 STEALS her cell phone ????. And they apparently searched for it but to no avail. It wa her only way to contact me. Absolutely disgusting.
