We waited 40 minutes for these pizzas, dough was raw and the pizza had no base sauce (sweet Chilli sauce)

Order 130 tonight.

We took it back and they did not return the slip.

Purchased at around 17.40pm.

It is absolutely a disgrace and disgusting !

We contacted the guy called Louis, and he gave us a cheeky reply and can give no explanation as to why this is the case.  He denied everything we told him!

They messed up our order. Then tried to make new ones and then the new ones came out raw like this!

This is not the first time we are having this problem and if your person in charge of this branch has this kak type of attitude towards customers then we will not be back and we will make sure we tell everyone not to support this branch!

The pizza ???? is great but the stuff those ladies are not happy they were just angry trying to great them with a smile but they are angry shem especially the one with eye lashes iyoooh it's terrible

Not so good - Order more than 40 minutes ago and still no delivery. They don't even phone to let you know there is a problem. Only one driver? now waiting for a driver from another branch and in the meantime the clock's ticking and pizza's getting cold and unpleasant to eat.... the only driver who had a breakdown eventually delivered the pizzas 2 hours after ordering and didn't have a clue about the breakdown he was supposed to have had nor about the driver from Lyttleton who was on his way to assist with the deliveries after the breakdown. Not interested to ever order from their again

Pathetic service, waited 100 minutes (HOUR AND 40 MINUTES) for an online, delivery order. If you want to try them, either order there in person or go and collect.

No long lines. Have hand sanitizer. Wipe tabletop with clean sanitizer.
All kinds of pizzas thin base or thick.
The price is responsible. Small, medium and large pizzas. Have health buns and pizza pies. Soft drinks.

Friendly and fast service, we usually order online and collect. Waiting time is usually no longer than 15-20minutes since placing the order. Pizzas are very tasty and generous with the toppings ???? so yummy!

Roman's Pizza is undoubtedly on of my favourite pizza joints - I love their specials the most. Bought 2 pizzas for the price of R99. In December they had an even better special, always keep your eyes on a lookout for their unbelievable specials, I can guarantee you that quality standards are still maintained. Roman's you never disappoint.
