WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't ever come to this hotel. Walls are like papers and you can hear absolutely everything. Guest are noisy, staff is unwilling and unable to support. A complete disaster. I'm a frequent traveler and never had such a disastrous experience. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Wow, 8 didn't expect this level of excellence. From the reception to the bathroom, sheer excellence. Mbali was great at reception, room was very neat and spacious, bathroom was marvelous. I am very pleased ????

The room was smelling..TV remotes was not working..telephone was not working no wifi..the reason why the room was smelling is because of the Toilet brush come out under the bed in room 206

Adverts on booking. Com very very misleading. It was so disappointing. The location was terrible and if I had known that I would not have stayed there, especially for how much we paid!!!!!!

The pictures they put on the internet are almost nothing like what you'll find when you get there. If you get there before 3 you'll pay another r250 to book in early. There's no beach view, you'll only see buildings when you open your windows
