I would definitely give it a 5 star rating but sometimes little things matters. For instance i don't want to hear what someone else in another room is doing nor talking about. The room was perfect and everything we expected but the phone lines are disconnected so we were unable to reach the reception desk from the room and had to go downstairs when needing some help. There was no coffe/tea inside just the kettle and cups, i had to go to the reception desk to get them. The lady who was at reception and the security on Friday evening were darlings, friendly, kind and every thing that you expect from a people "working" with people, just a shame that i forgot their names but they were in at night. The cleaning was top notch and again the room was exceptional so was the shower and bathroom. I really liked the place, just those tiny inconveniences.

This hotel is very affordable. The rooms are neat, there's a restaurant and a bar. I loved everything about this place...

WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't ever come to this hotel. Walls are like papers and you can hear absolutely everything. Guest are noisy, staff is unwilling and unable to support. A complete disaster. I'm a frequent traveler and never had such a disastrous experience. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Once made a walk in booking here. The price or the rooms do not match what I got. No fridge, no microwave. In addition to the bed, was only a tv and decoder with mo remotes. Was promised remotes but they never came through. There's no means to call reception from your room, you have to walk from upstairs to down floor... It wasn't just worth it for what I paid.

Perfect place and they're staff ???? amazing. I had a great time and services from the bar lady "Zoe" I'm happy to have met great people who can speak almost all the languages. She made us feel like we are home.

My booking was done online with no hustle. The staff were efficient and communicated well. I spoke to Tashia and on arrival spoke to two more ladies at Reception who were friendly and customer focused as well as in the morning when leaving. The room was clean, beautiful with all the necessities. Thank you for the stay. Busi

Other guests were making so much Noise around 2am,it seemed like they were from a party and decided to take the party to the hotel, management did not do anything about it.
