WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't ever come to this hotel. Walls are like papers and you can hear absolutely everything. Guest are noisy, staff is unwilling and unable to support. A complete disaster. I'm a frequent traveler and never had such a disastrous experience. AVOID THIS PLACE. On top of that, pictures advertised and room are completely different. Completely disappointed.

The best service ever...I indeed enjoyed my stay. The receptionist lady very welcoming n friendly...Room service number 1...I will highly recommend it to everyone. The best hotel in Durban and near everything, beach front...UShaka....Spar...Spur...liquors. It is indeed the best and cheapest.

Reception warm welcoming rooms clean and spacious. Aircon in good position. I loved everything about this Hotel

Out of all the Bayside branches here in Durban for me this one by far is the best.. Never experienced any wifi problems, no air con problems, almost all their rooms are big.. U really get your money's worth ????????.. 5 Star services in every way

The place is clean.
The rooms were cosy, spacious and the shower is nice and big.
I would recommend it to my friends and family.
I would definitely go back.
The location is perfect and there's 24hour security as well.
The reception staff need to learn proper customer service they are after all the face of the establishment.
Overall we had a good stay.

Well I enjoyed my stay at Bayside 100 everything was clean but I have a suggestion ????, I suggest you guys add rubber or plastic mats on your bathroom floors I nearly broke my back there ????????????
