Where do I started, There is not a proper system in place, everybody standing around the entrance, don't even know if how much people there under aged. Paying que took longer, for R70 what a waste, the music was not great, really young DJs, is there any talent?
Plus drinks where expensive. Bootleggers free entrance, the vibes and music great. I could see people enjoying themselves. Now that's talent keeping the music great and drinks cheaper. Not only that the drinks are cheaper they serve you at your table, or where you are. Now that's service. Bootleggers perfect ????

I visited Burlesque Cocktail Bar to attend a performance by Watershed. Although it was a pleasure to see the band, the venue was a huge disappointment. The cocktail bar does not serve cocktails nor wine by the glass. There are no snacks available to purchase and outside food cannot be brought in. The sound quality could also improve. It was difficult to differentiate individual instruments, in addition to the rattles of the venue. The seating was inadequate as audience members eventually sat on the floor, if their hunt for bar stools failed. It would take a lot for me to return to this 'cocktail' bar.

The place was ok, The show was wonderful, the young ladies were doing their jobs well selling the drinks to the customers, the lighting and sound wese a bit too loud and good, what I found lacking was the lack of tables to sit around with snacks and meals with the drinks prior to the show and during. I don't believe that cost would be an issue as the crowd I saw were middle u0026 upper class enjoying the night. Too many chairs in a row was not too good. Put a bit of Las Vegas into the place?????

Just what Hillcrest has been looking for ! Music always seems to be the highlight of the night aswel as their drinks. The cocktail bar seems to never disappoint and the set up throughout the club fitsperfect ! Great cocktail bar .....if ever you're in the area you have to pop in and check it out for yourself ????

Actually not even worth a star!!!The place was so not a vibe and the owner was very rude and unpolite, basically telling me I was not tipping the right amount even though I am a student and the tip was R25 on a R35 drink, this to me is wrong and not entrepreneurial and is why i support Red Black when they are around the corner, and they treat you like human beings, they also have way better specials and as a student sell drinks at a reasonable price!

Definitely the hottest place to go for a sneaky drink or few. Their cocktails are absolutely incredible! Definitely dont want to miss out on having a cocktail there. Huge double thumbs up ????????

Went to burlesque for the first time, it was fun, but the best part was the extremely kind and patient lady who works behind the bar, unfortunately don't have a name but she has a lip ring, she is absolutely amazing and has so much patience and kindness compared to some of the other lady's, but over all was a great experience..
