What a stunning garden. Pleasant owner. The rooms need maintenance. The rooms need cleaning, and airing. There is a kitchenette, with no dishcloths. For 2 married persons to be in a room with 2 single beds next to each other, with a mattress that "caves in"when you lay on it,not nice. The additional blankets are too short for the bed, so you have to "tile" the bed with the blankets. We were, obviously, 2 persons, and only had one bath towel left in the room on the 2nd day (fortunately, we had bought beach towels and were able to use these), as we returned late in the evening, to the guesthouse.I recommend cleaning and an overhaul of bedding/lamps etc.The shower is awesome, but dirty, and the water dams up, due to partially blocked pipes, the same when flushing the loo. Staff need to make more effort, and the owner needs to have someone manage the staff and premises.

The cottages really need to have aircons, on cold days they are freezing. This thing of joining two single beds make a double bed is a nightmare for me , one wrong move during your sleep the beds push apart and you end up falling in between them. Breakfast was okay but need to make sure your kitchen is stocked with essentials being told there are no sausages for your English breakfast and not having a common brand of tea causes one to start the day on a bad note.

Breakfast was simple, very friendly staff.our room was very cold there is no aircon and the wall heater was not making the room warm,no tiles in the dinning room which is combined with a very strange kitchen
