1. Room - Poor electrical maintenance, a few sockets and side lamps do not work.

2. Service - You will get an iron after an hour and you won't get towels after first use.

3. Location - It's in the city centre, great location.

Overall, you will have to complain about most of the amenities for you to have a great stay.

Also note the false advertising of the bar, it closes at 11pm instead of the displayed sign.

Okay place to stay close to Durban city center. Easy access to the waterfront and marina is also guaranteed. Pretty standard place to stay if you are on a short business trip.

This hotel is just disorganised, they're overworking one waitress called Zinhle ohh what a kind individual, but I've had a very bad experience with this lady called Slindile the one who wear glasses she is the principal of bad service and treating customers badly,she served me dinner without any greetings and with a very bad attitude. The hotel doesn't have a telephone in the room not even an iron.

Truly an awesome experience as the Mrs and I went here for our 2 year anniversary. The service is par excellence.. The accommodation is perfectly comfy.. And the friendliness displayed by everyone is so warm N inviting...
The showers are possibly one of the best I've ever experienced and leave you feeling replenished and fresh.
The room had a smart TV and very comfy mattress.. And the simple yet elegant design of everything just felt welcoming.
The breakfast is full English and is delish beyond explanation and this along with the ambience at the pool area and the serenity will definitely drag me back for another visit soon....

A lovely hotel for a staycation with the family. Good customer service. It’s location to the beach and other scenic spots is the best. The rooms were clean and their meals delicious.
