The room No 6 I was in has broken door. The TV is too small maybe they rather buy 32inch. The rooms reduced the hotel to an ordinary emergency lodge. There was hot water to bath but it immediately got finished. However the R685 that I paid was not fair it should be R395 to be precise. The staff are good people. No view from my room. Carpets are old need replacement. It was cold rooms have no heater and no mat so feet will be cold all the way from bath. Food is nice in dining below and staff is good.

1. There's too much noise from other guests on the corridors and you could literally hear the noise from the other rooms.
2. The room had a bad smell when we arrived
3. The telephone was not working and other TV channels
4. The bin in the bathroom was not emptied when we arrived
5. For someone who drove 7 hours the bed is way too uncomfortable.
6. The lady who cleaned our room did not change the sheets even though she could see the stains on them.
7. It looks like a student red, I honestly wouldn't recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

The place was nicely quite for me as compared to other places I've been.Service was okay.The only part i didn't like was the waiting for other people to finish at the dining hall then after we can come and eat.Rather than that its a 9/10 for me. And just next to the beach thats a plus.

Me and my girlfriend❤️ , also my friend and his girlfriend????❤️, it was our first time visiting this place but WOW!! it was so nice ????and that place was so beautiful???????? and also their employees are so nicely to us as we are their guest ???? ???? I just want to say thank you so much ????❤️...we still looking forward to repeat visiting this place ????????..

Room and bathroom was neat and tidy. Good view from my room
.it was good enough to for three people which we did. Very lovely stay.

Everything was just perfect. Staff and everyone was awesome ????. I really enjoyed my four day stay with my fam. Will keep on going back to you guys

Terrible like a student res. Guests are making a noise on the corridor from 1:30 - 3:30 am that’s not fair . Tried calling their reception but no answer I guess the receptionist was sleeping. Not safe at all. What if something happens urgent happens? Worst service ever
