I've been shopping at jumbo for years my dad an I , but today the security put both her hands in my bag to check and nearly drop all my belongings, come on man , its like someone touching your underwear , just need to glimpse in the bag , not touch other peoples stuff , she nearly drop my cellphone on the floor. Wake up man , thats not allowed .

My first time in Durban and the service I got from Jumbo Cash and Carry was despicable. We bought items that were on discount but when we got to the till the price was not the same so we told the taller that the items price was not what we saw when taking the items. She asked one of the ladies to go check the price and when she got there she removed the discount price and showed us a different price. We took the matter further to management and one of the most despicable things was that the lady denied ever removing the price and the management team seconded her and they said they want proof from us. We showed them that we even calculated on the phone how much the items will cost and they laughed at us and said that is not proof. They went on further to say they will not help us because they do not want to. Never have I ever felt so disregarded in my life. We were treated like pooch. ????

Info desk available, plenty parking space. Most of everything (kitchen utensils u0026 food, Cleaning stuff, Child u0026 adult care etc) is sold in bulks at moderate prices. No online purchase nor delivery is done. Cash u0026 card are accepted for payments. Only cash sales NO credit sales. Wheelchair accessible.

Friendly and utmost helpful staff.Products are fresh and most items are available in single's not just bulk.And of course pricing is well below the normal grocery shops in the area.
