Debonairs Pizza

On Sunday at 18:00 i ordered 4 x large pizzas from Debonair Springfield on my App. At 18:15 , i received a message that it was on the way , At 18:30 , i called the store and the lady told me that the driver had just left with my order , 18:45 , still no pizza , Called the store again and was told that the driver had left , yet the driver calls me 5 minutes later and tells me that he is only leaving now, I only received the pizzas at 19:30 , one and a half hours later , with the pizza boxes smashed and the pizza lying on one side as per attached pics. Called and spoke to the manager , she apologizes and says that she cant do anything about it.
i was also charged a delivery fee of R25.00 , when on the app. it says free delivery on orders over R250.00

Absolutely disgusting delivery service.

The driver called and said 20 minutes. After 45 Minutes we called and were told that the order is still there and the driver will return, then will be sent our way. Took about 3 hours to arrive...

Whoever your manager is will run this place into the ground.

Absolutely unbelievable service from such a big brand.

I dont usually write reviews because there is never an improvement or compensation no matter how much u can complain
So i placed an online order via the app while home alone
I placed my order and received a gift from MTN yellowbucks with a debonairs voucher
I used that in my purchase and set card on delivery as payment
The lady called me and stated that they dont deliver to my area , i was angry but i agreed N.B. the restaurant is literally 5 mins away.
I then asked if my voucher would be forfeited and she said no, they will deliver the cash to me
This was very considerate but quite senseless
I asked her why she doesnt just deliver the pizza instead since you are already coming here
She kept on repeating that they dont deliver to me as i stay in a dangerous area [ Newlands Peters road side ]
I then tried to make sense of the situation where they can just deliver the pizza instead of the money as either way they are coming to my home

.... PLEASE Debonairs.... atleast hire learned and sensible staff and not idiots who dont understand common logic

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered a pizza at 10h44 via the Debonairs app. It is now 11h46, cannot get any help from the app, nor can I get hold of the store. The lady kept hanging up without resolving the issue. Absolutely terrible experience, will never be supporting Debonairs again.

Thank you Debonairs pizza for your terrible customer service and robbers. You will place an order through Uber eats, pay by card wait for delivery. Then you get your order delayed, after that they tell the delivery guy that you’ve already picked your order. This is the second time this has happened to me that’s why I’m annoyed!!!

Pathetic service no advice or reasonable assistance given by staff. Unfriendly and uncooperative. Smug attitude . Pizza bought was soggy and tasteless. No wonder I found the place devoid of patrons . Staff should get refresher courses on batho pele service standards. They did not even greet or say thank you which I did I think they were doing me a favour. I don't recommend the food or service here unless you really are desperate. Around the block is Nandos , jolly grubber etc try them better food and staff.

I placed an order at 5 and waited 2 hours and called twice in those 2 hours and they said my order would be there soon and at 7 they said the driver lost my order
