Visited Jolly Grubber after years, food tastes almost the same, so points for consistency. Problem was there were 6 to 7 staff members at the serving station and they all were in a frenzy not knowing what was going on. We waited for around 45 minutes for the food. Not really good service.

Quite average food with the quality to match. Pizzas tasted like it came from the frozen grocery store aisle. Feels like they cheap out on ingredients in order to save costs. When you spend 1k at a place there should’ve been at least 1 item that tasted good.

The lady that took my order was completely arrogant and didn't want to explain or really listen to my questions. I asked for a plain chicken fillet burger and got a very hot spicy burger which I couldn't eat at all. When I went to ask why I got such a hot meal she simply said all the foot is spicy and hot. If I had known that I wouldn't have bought food there and the fact that I asked up front.
I was extremely unhappy with the service.

Normally enjoy the meals. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and recieved one with processed junk polony......disappointed. Charge a little more for the right ingredients rather cheating your clients.

By far the worst chicken tikka I've ever tasted.....it was cold tasteless and horrible. It doesn't seem as if the food is ever fresh....was actually my last option to dine here since every wer else was closed...this was actually my third visit in years......never again...I rather have a pie at the quick shop.....

Excellent food, service and clean environment. We did not have to wait too long for our meals.

Enjoyed the take out, nice for a meal on the go, I would say value for money
