Hi guys, it was one of the worst visits to a KFC ever. The kitchen was dirty, and the staff were rowdy, making such a racket. Waited forever for our order, and off-course, one order had to be incorrect. So, I had to have the pleasure of going back to the counter to get it sorted. Very poor customer service, careless staff, and a poorly run store. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Kfc has done it again ! What a revamp this store has turned out. Stunning to say the least. Friendly efficient staff and absolutely spotless clean !! Well done .

Quick friendly service. Ice cream machine working. Upstairs cool and very clean. We'll done KFC Springfield. Keep your standard up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quiet when we went so didn't wait long at drive through. Disappointed with the chicken meal. Wanted streetwise 2 but only got 1 and half piece chicken. Check your food before you leave.

Appalling service. I went to buy 2 box master meals and 4 wings and eat in on a quiet Friday afternoon but ended up spending 30 minutes without getting my order because it seemed like they have no proper order tracking system... They use facial recognition... If you order and just look at your phone you can spend an hour because you not giving them the eye contact... Messed up the order I had to go back to the cashier twice to pick up first my 1 drink and went back again because i opened up the packet and there were no wings... They just seemed so out of place and distracted like they've been told end of shift there is a party somewhere. I was very disappointed. I felt like I should have used drive in... The service seems quicker that side.

All the tables were not cleaned... There were 2 staff members sitting having lunch in one of the tables they just looked at us. it was every empty.. Had to wipe it before sitting down.
