The food was delicious (chips were amazing) and the service was excellent. Seems like a family run restaurant and the owner took interest in whether we had enjoyed our meal. Definitely will be back!

This Greek is amazing. There are only a few tables inside, which adds to the homely ambiance of being invited by a Greek family. The food is delicious and honestly and authentic made. Highly recommend the Kleftiko. Emmy the waitress is lovely.
Better safe than sorry: make sure to reserve a table.

What to say about this Durban icon, Greek food just like mamma makes it and mamma really does. Best dolmades ever but the rest of the menu is also outstanding. Service at atmosphere always impeccable. Don't forget to book.

Quaint little corner restaurant on Windermere. I loved that it seated a cosy 25 patrons at most. This allowed the waiters and chefs to provide us a much more relaxed and intimate service. This restaurant, formerly a corner cafe, has been serving delicious Greek cuisine for 16 years and it doesn't seem like its going to stop anytime soon. Blue and white Greek decor adorned the small space. It felt like we were dining in Athens or Thessaloniki.

My table ordered the red fish, lamb chops and vegetarian dishes. The red and lamb were exceptionally prepared and were delectable. The fish was crisp and well cooked and the lamb soft, almost sliding of the bone

I was a little disappointed that there were no fully vegan options on the menu but the staff did try their best to accommodate me. I had two veggie skewers with chips on the side. It was oily but I enjoyed it as best I could. The chips were amazing.

The drinks and food menus are inexpensive considering the locale. Wine list is limited but good. Imported Greek beers were around R45 each but local beers are cheap.

Service was beyond excellent. The waiters gave us space but were attentive. The owners came out to speak to guests which was nice. Washroom facilities available toward the back of the kitchen. Parking is roadside, well-lit and safe.
