The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing.... The room smelled.... Wifi does not work.... TV channels are limited.... The bedding smelled was disgusted (I know there is a water issue at the moment but I'm still not impressed) .... The noise was quite disturbing. Reading the reviews the wifi hasn't been working for more than 3 weeks already.... But I was told the issue was reported. Not what I expected for this area.

The rooms smell mold, sheets not clean and building dirty. We couldn't sleep there because we had a 6 months baby so we checked out same night and canceled our stay. We were promised our refund within 7-14 days till today date we have not received our money back. Our booking was from 29 April to 01 May 2022.

Great place in a peaceful environment. There Windermere Mall nearby. Friendly staff who make you feel at home. The rooms and bedding are clean. However, the Wifi wasn't working and there are limited chanells on DSTv.

Not what i have expected. Location is good but the rooms needing some tlc or a make over. Would love to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and also if they could get a small restaurant in the place for if you would like to get some dinner.

Yooo, I don't know where to start. But overall, the only thing I was happy about was the welcome I received from the security, he helped me with parking aswel. the receptionist was also very friendly. Other than that, I was not happy at all

Friendly helpful,cheerful staff readily available to assist,,located close to gas stations,bars, supermarkets, banks and fast food outlets and close to the city center,safe and secure parking.good breakfast

Poor service. Spent sleepless night in that pathetic room. The noise was too too much that I could not even sleep, alcohol all over the floor, thank God I did not fall from that wet floor and when I complaimed about it to the staff they just said SORRY. I'm never going there again...
