It’s the staff and location. Breakfast ina restaurant just outside which is nice. 3 star quality, good bed. It’s ok for what it is, 3 star. ????

Perfect for when you just want a clean and safe accommodation. There are no frills or extras. There are no lifts, stairs all the way and if you're constantly in and out- that becomes bothersome.

All I can say is wow... staff members are super cool, friendly, helpful.. I cannot wait to visit again. Restaurant facilities are top notch. Room is very clean, comfy furniture, air conditioner is awesome. Thank you for a extremely pleasant stay

The staffs are really amazing. They are kind, helpful, energetic and. ..the best.
I left my kind of serious document on the plane and the hotel staffs eagerly helped me out getting back it.

Comfortable. Good WIFI. Lack of any communication in room. You must use your own dstv account. The area can get rather noisy at night with lots of restaurants and clubs.

Pretty good hotel for a business trip, it's right on Florida Road so it can be a bit noisy but if you ask when booking for a room towards the back of the hotel. The rooms are big enough but are clean, the beds are comfortable enough and the WiFi is good.
