Ordered a triple decker that looked like.... Not even a double decker, paper thin base, with maybe 5 pieces of chicken in the entire pizza, mushrooms. The creamy sauce was nowhere to be found.

Soooo disappointed, R169 for something that didn't even taste like a creamy chicken, all I could taste was mushrooms with the
debonair sauce. So much for convincing my family to buy Debonairs instead of Pizza Hut.

In these difficult times, we try to still buy take outs to support the outlets we love, but this is something we will not be ordering for a looong time.

I ordered a chicken tikka pizza. It arrived promptly, however, there was not one piece of chicken on the pizza. When I took a bite, what appeared to be a piece of mushroom turned out to be a folded piece of cardboard! Base was a bit underdone too. Debonairs Florida road was previously the best in Durban and I supported them for years. I don't know what happened but standards have clearly dropped. I am disgusted by what happened with my order. The app doesn't even ask you to review the order anymore. Just a driver review, hence this public review. How could EVERYTHING be wrong with a pizza????!!!!

First and last time ordering from this Debonairs. How can a delivery take 2 hours when I'm only 8 minutes away? It's unacceptable. I would have like to cancel the cold food that I got, but no one answered the phone.

I ordered small pizza for my niece telephonically. They said the order will be ready in 20 minutes but it was ready before that u0026 they were kind enough to bring it to my car. This area is quite busy, there is almost no parking available. It's in a busy Florida Road,Durban and you must always be vigilant for other vehicles and possible petty crime. The entire street has streets guards wearing red tshirts with Security logo and they are helpful.

Ordered from this branch for the first time and 2 pizzas were delicious
The third had meat on it that had gone off
I called in and all 3 members of staff were apologetic
The manager offered me a replacement in a large size which was delivered in half an hour
So I would like to compliment the manager and staff for their prompt response
Definitely earned their 5 stars for customer service

1st and last time I’ll ever order from here. A medium pizza took 80 mins to get delivered a road away. Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional

I'm so disappointed. I ordered a pizza today the bad was half cooked and the tomatoes were also not cooked it just irritated my stomach.
