Awesome place, great service, great food. Our waitress was one ball of fire, she was the bomb. Our waitress gave me a blanket because I was cold. The place was just great. I would highly recommend it

The food is healthy, well presented by lenox the waiter, value for money even if one does not use entertainer app, the potions are good, the service is wonderful, they cater for all tastes. Highly recommended to everyone, try it and you will be impressed

We Had the worst experience and the worst service Yesterday, an Indian lady who was our waitress gave us Attitude
1. she didn't greet us Or introduce herself
2. unpleasant and grumpy
3. She couldn't make any of the virgin cocktails we wanted to order but could make a cocktail for another customer that was there as well
4. She gave us passionfruit and lemonade which we ordered with no straws ???? took us 10 minute's to dump the place and go to enjoy lunch at another PLEASANT restaurant across the Road!!

Was there just 30 minutes ago.
Not happy with the service at all. Waitresses walking around without masks during COVID-19 ????.
Filthy glass to drink with, then waited 10 minutes for a spoon to scoop ice into my drink whilst waitress was just walking around living her best life and the restaurant was quiet by the way.
I asked for pork sausage and I was given beef sausage???? at that point I just had no more energy to complain. Would not recommend ????????

Went for a drink, since they had a band playing. Eventually ordered food because of the great vibe. Had chicken snitzel with mash. Mash was lumpy but snitzel fine. The lamb chops were also ok with lumpy mash. They did not have many drinks to choose from. I do understand that previously we had lockdown and that could be the reason for short stock.

Plated has only one waitress attending many customers due to treating their staff unfairly. Food is too pricey for small portions and isn't very tantalising. I don't recommend it.

The place has charging ports for every table for both android and iOS. Has a lounge and dining area with nice street views. The service from Malusi the waiter was on point. The food tasted delicious.
