There was a little mistake in our order but they fix it very well and nicely. We also eat our burgers in fancy porcelain.

Steers food is tasty and reasonably priced. Staff are generally friendly and helpful but staff of the sister franchises, Milky Lane, Fishaways, etc., could do with better training and an improved attitude towards customer service. Having said that, there is one of the Fishaways staff who is quite outstanding. Her name is "Purity" which is very apt!
Regardless of her name, she is pretty marvellous anyway!????????

Very disappointed by the ribs I had on the 2nd June
1. Very tough
2. Very fatty
3. Too much sinue
Ended up having to throw most of away.

Still the best chips though.

I have never seen Steers so poor like this one...we were the only customers but we waited for our order until we fell asleep...and guess what...the burgers were incomplete chips were burnt and like warmed yesterday's...I will never recommend anyone to buy there...

Pathetic service. Came to the store on 2 occasions and waited 30min to order cause the staff were in the back. Very unhelpful and I will NEVER buy from this store again
