Great building. Great location. The lifts are shocking. Doesn't work for most of the time and the ones that work are unreliable. Got stuck in the lift yesterday for 40 minutes and the staff seemed more concerned about us damaging the lift (by forcing the door open for air) than trying to get us out. There's no ventilation in the lift, the buttons don't work, the emergency bell doesn't work. The camera probably doesn't work as well as no one attended to us until we called friends to come over and assist. Lifts have been a consistent problem for 4 years now.

I used to live there in 2010~2012 was really nice staying there it’s seems second house!

Needs to be upgraded. Has info desk feels secure. But very old fashioned
