This is a really late post but nevertheless here it is,this dates back to time of the first devastating floods we had in April,a time when we had water shedding and major electricity issues,we had no electricity for 4 days so our Sunday afternoon/evening was spent at my favourite Mugg u0026 Bean @ Suncoast,would you believe me if I said we sat there for 6 hours lol,gave us time to charge our phones.
From Management to Staff to our Food and Drinks,I have to say its always a pleasure to eat and bond here,the portions,the presentation,the vibe,all on point,I have never had any issues and I will most definetely be visiting here soon????????

Absolutely delicious food, service quality was excellent. We didn't have to wait a long time and the food quality and portions were amazing

Spot is very cool, food is lovely and the service is spot on. You shouldn't regret spending your time and money here.

Great food. God portions. Had to take home doggy bags. Food is fresh, tasty and delicious. Enjoy the experience.

Had a wonderful peaceful time that I wanted,the food was exquisite loved it,and the staff was very friendly,my waitress phumi/mpume was amazing, will go again

I was there on the 02 October. I had the T-Bone steak mid-rare with sides Veggies and Sweet potato fries. The Steak was a 6/10, a average at best. As for the veggies and sweet potato fries that was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like old and it was just reheated with no flavor. If you want a good coffee and cake Mugg u0026 Bean is your place of choice but for a meal avoid it at all cost.

Service is pathetic. Went in with 6 people. Waiter got Order mixed up. Meals came in, in intervals. After 45 minutes and after serving 5 people the sixth meal never arrived. Had to cancel the meal, because the other 5 had completed their meals. Other patrons had come in after us, finished their meals and left, but we were still waiting for our meals. I will definitely not be returning to this place again
