I think they're trying their best to accommodate all customers either you're collecting or placing your order.
It just that the number of people using this restaurant is mostly high because of its affordability.

So I would advise that you allow a minimum of 40 minutes before receiving your order.

Best KFC restaurant so far. The staff is friendly and the management.

This is the kind of Services we would like to see from all your franchise.

Today 9.8.2022..I bought 2x "all star box"...the wings were very dry ,too much crispy..tasted almost like cadboard my daugher even hurt her tooth...the star I gave is for the lady who served me with such a warm smile....

You cannot continue to serve those 'zinger' wings , they were dry , chewy like rubber , that chicken is not fresh at all , how many times did you fry them? , you guys have no standards with food you're selling to your customers, it a shame really

The service I got on the day was not as welcoming as one would expect. The ladies weren't paying attention to us until I got her attention. I can commend this place on having everything in their menu even after 21h00. Our order was precise. It wasn't out of this world taste, however it was good.

Unhappy with the services received here. Staff was not efficient and sent me of with an incomplete order. We ordered a take away of 9pieces and got only 6pieces chicken. I left Suncoast went home and realized the order was short. Coleslaw was chunky and dry. No extra salt or sauce was included in the order.

Great personality and service by members of staff. Lovely environment and surroundings. Airly and we were made to feel like family and not people who were just passing through. Thanks KFC for your family oriented business and keep it up.
