Did not have to wait long to be served. Donuts fresh and tasty. Tea/ coffee v.good. will go there again. This review will be seen all over Europe. I'm on Holliday from there.

Krispy Kreme - Suncoast Casino, Durban. You guys rock!!! Last week my wife and I attended the Indian Show at the dome. Seeing that we were from out of town and was not familiar with the place we arranged to meet family from Durban outside Krispy Kreme. Whilst waiting there I enquired from the staff at Krispy Kreme about their working hours as we wanted to buy some treats for the kids at home, after the show. The friendly ladies were very welcoming and helpful and thanked us for visiting Suncoast Casino and Durban. Whilst waiting outside, the manager sent a staff member to call us and offer us a place in their seating area. It was rather cold and busy so we took up this kind offer. Within minutes we were given 2 steaming cups of cappuccino. When leaving I went to pay for the drinks however the manager informed me that the drinks were "on the house" and thanked us again for visiting Durban and Suncoast Casino. I was taken aback by this generosity and the overall friendliness of the staff especially under the extremely busy period. After the show we went back to KK and bought a variety of treats. The place was extremely busy and the staff were still; at that late hour bubbly and friendly to all customers. Krispy Kreme - Suncoast, staff, you guys are great ambassador's for your brand, Suncoast Casino and Durban. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you soon.

I was just walking around Suncoast Casino and I noticed Krispy Kreme which is my favorite place for doughnuts and more. The stuff here is highly trained and made my experience even better with a good customer conversation. The doughnuts were soo heavenly divine and rich in taste. Krispy Kreme never disappoints man . Definitely good service and products overall.

The staff are helpful and fast. They have a wide selection of donuts that are fresh and tasty (though a little too sweet for me). A good place to go if you are looking to treat yourself.

Thank you to the Krispy Kreme Suncoast team for great service and assisting to fulfill a last minute birthday order. Super fresh donuts individually boxed and friendly staff who assisted. Thanks for helping to make our celebrations memorable.
