Great Indian food.
Everything was good
Food was tasty
Freshly prepared
Waitress had good knowledge of the menu and advised me to try something which was great.
Good sized portions.
Definitely worth the prices
The bunny was huge and tasty
The prawn chow mein was good and something different from an Indian restaurant.
The tandoori starter for 2 was actually really good and some might have that as a main

Had a full Chicken tandoori hot. Have to say I liked the taste. Chicken was marinated well. Tasty Naan bread, salad and chips. We also ordered a Traditional Durban mutton curry. Really did not like the taste. Was just too bland. Not enough kick. As for the portion of Mutton... very small. Not a generous portion at all. The rice wasn't cooked. Too hard. Not soft. That's why I give them 1/5 just for the Chicken tandoori.

Table was dirty, asked the waitress 3 X to clean it. Bunny have to much salt. Lots of meat. Manager gave me extra salad.

We lunched at the Thava Suncoast today. We were a party of 4 - 2 vegetarians and 2 non Veg. Our experience was truly superb and reminded me of the good days that I thought had gone by. My fellow diners indulged in the crab curry which was so tasty., they couldn't stop talking about it. Our vegetarian options were good as well. Well prepared with the ideal mix of spices and flavors. The service was excellent with the floor manager ensuring that we had a pleasant dining experience. Well done Thava.

Been a long time regular at the Ballito branch but decided to try Thava Suncoast today. From the moment we walked in the friendly warm welcoming staff and management made us feel instantly at home. The service , quality and presentation of food was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Well done to Yogesh and his dedicated team. Guys really went out of their way to make our visit a memorable one.

An excellent Indian restaurant with both North and South Indian dishes available. The prices are fair and the food, delicious. Service was very good. I do look forward to trying the breakfast menu to fully make up my mind as to how good the food really is.
Just visited the restaurant for a second time and I can safely now say that the food is consistently delicious... The service is awesome and there is something for every taste. From hot spicy dishes to the favorite bunnies. The palak chaat is a must have starter. Crunchy and full of flavourful sweet and sour.. Spicy.. absolute awesomeness in one plate..garnished with fresh juicy tomatoes and crunchy sev. This promises to be a fabulous taste experience. Im looking forward to my next visit and the dosas they will have on the menu at a later stage. So far we have tried at least 10 dishes here and all have been unique and tasty. The paryasam and the soji are the ultimate desserts to try.

Traditional Durban? Definitely not. I ordered briyani which was more like curry n rice mixed together. Taste... There was none. Pull up your socks guys. Disappointed and definitely won't recommend this joint.
