Good food and plenty to choose from. Accessibility to the food was good as well. Only critic I have is that the waitors should be more hands on with their service, and a little more to accommodate kids

We went here to celebrate my dad's birthday... Ooooh what a wonderful experience and a successful occasion it was... Thank you for making our dad's day.... And to our waitress... Girl you were so pleasant and friendly... Siyabonga ❤️❤️❤️

Doesn't seem to have much order in the place. It was noisy and really full. The food was below average. Roast beef was horrible, curries satisfactory, only stir fry had some hope. Its not a bad place if u looking for good salad and roast veggies. I won't be visiting this place again.

I absolutely 100% do NOT recommend going to Billie G, it's basically a scam. The wait is incredibly long. We got there at 17:10 and expected to be seated at 6 when opened, we were only seated an hr and a half later and then had to stand in another long line to wait for the food and not everything was available. The pizza was literally just sause and a poor amount of cheese with no toppings, the pasta only had white sauce(its literally everything a child could make in the kitchen) and to make things worse on paying R240 for lousy food you have to pay for your own drinks. I'd only give this place a 1/5 for cleaniness of the ladies/men's room and neatness of the place. Overall very disappointing and pathetic. I will definitely not be going back to waste my time and money.

Poor service.
Lack of manners from staff.
Standard of food has dropped since the last time.
The effort we had to put in to get a waiter/waitress attention was alot! Its difficult to even get a glass of water!
We even made a booking and there was still no table reserved for us. We were told "use any seat"
For a restaurant..... Its bad!

Most of the food was very nice except the carved beef which was old leather and the roast chicken pieces were tasteless. Our waitress was reluctant and slow to respond. She spent a lot of time chatting and laughing with the table next to us and became irritated when we called her.
It is sad how many people do not understand the concept and push and shove to pile their plates all at once

Very bad experience
For a buffet, only cold chicken sliced and salad for a starter
Only 6 mains excluding the usual roast lamb and pork
Mutton curry and chicken curry chefs were very slow to refill.
Staff were very slow in removing dishes.
All this on a Saturday night
At peak hour
I can only imagine what happens on weekdays
I will not be coming back to billy g at Suncoast
