This Paul's Homemade Ice cream store has always been so delightful to visit. We get ice cream from them atleast two times within a month and I promise you I have never had a bad experience at this branch. The lady In store is always so helpful and so full of energy, she most definetly plays a part in the whole experience. I usually get the prepackaged oreo flavored ice cream , but she nudged me into trying something new the other weekend. The Dulce de leche was absolutely delectable. Ooh and the ginger snap wafer. I should have ordered two!!! Mind the half eaten wafer in the picture below, I could not help myself.
Im so eager to try more of the flavors!

I had the birthday cake flavour for the first time and I was absolutely in love. It tastes amazing. I loved it. I officially added Paul's homemade ice cream and a "go-to" spot for 2022.

What a wonderful experience everytime we pop by here. The lady is so helpful and friendly and sweet. The Ice cream is absolutely divine with changing flavours to keep us intrigued .

Dessert for every occasion. So many options to choose from, it changed the way I see ice cream! The flavour of the month option is a great idea. Ice cream cakes are a must try!! Affordable range!

I was so excited for a sweet experience as i walked into Pauls ice cream at suncoast on Mon this week. Alas the experience was totally spoilt by the horrid service i received . There were no othee customers . This was around 10am . She seemed so fed up of my requests ( i was looking for dark choc ice cream or something close) . She was rude and arrogant .... n when i said thank u for your bad service .... there was no remorse / apology . She allowed us to walk out unhappy.
I have to wonder if this is the " way" of PAUL'S ICE -CREAM . ????

The ice cream is delicious, with unique flavors and richness. The service is great! Please continue what you do, and please add more flavors????

Good service after a while. Can't blame them store assistant as she is manning both the Till and the Ice cream bar.
Suggestion: The store must have 2 assistants.
The store was packed. Not safe in Covid times. Felt sorry for her
