The quality is absolutely disgusting. The prawns are soggy. The calamari strips are almost flat. Very bad quality of food. Rather go to the one at blue lagoon

We ordered fish u0026 chips, it did not come with tartar sauce. Chips was terrible and the fish had long white things. I think it was worms from hake fish yak never go there again

customer service from Frank and Team is extremely poor at Suncoast fishaways. Not friendly or Welcoming or professional at all.The entire fishaways team at Suncoast needs to undergo intense customer service training. If someone from fishaways head office could kindly contact me regarding this matter i would greatly appreciate it as it is not the first time i experience this poor customer service at the suncoast branch. Please note i did send an email to fishaways customer service no reply yet. Thank you kindly

Bad experience when they give you the buzzer and then forget to buzz you when the food is ready. We were waiting a long time and all this time our food was waiting at the counter. We ended up eating cold soggy fish and soft chips.
Also the packaging is really bad for the environment. There's more plastic than fish. I don't think I will ever choose this place again.

Very very bad food
Very small portions and food does not look like or even taste how they advertise it
Very disappointed
