Terrible service from all sides including check in where we were R55 a day for parking! TV signal was bad couldn't view TV so to call front desk. No milk replaced in room. Call housekeeping 3 times, no answer.
Called front desk also another 3 times. On second time some young guy says "ya Noone is at housekeeping, qhat you want, I'll organize for you". Requested milk. 10 minutes later, still nothing. Called again! After the 4th time, someone comes to room with NO MILK. the hotel doesn't have milk!!
Terrible service. Buffet selection on fresh fruit limited. One egg station which takes forever.
Don't waste ur money here. It is not appreciated!
No manager contact details available in sight for guest either !!!
