The service was very slow, the play area was not supervised and there were kids hurting my kids. I think that it needs to be supervised because my kid would come back crying to me saying someone hit her. And also I went to eat there for my daughters bday and the day after my three kids landed in hospital, but the food was great in the moment

Wasn't attended to when we got here but the service was quickly recovered and the team was very very friendly. Food was great. We had the "Thursday big family Feast" for R299. It was worth it. There's a children's play Centre. Sanitizer Bottle on each table .

Always a pleasure visiting Panaroties Hemingways. Great atmosphere, tidy , food and drinks are never disappointing. Always greeted and attended to by such lovely personalities, that do such a great job at making everyone feel comfortable. (And the kids love making their own pizza along with decorating their own waffles .)

Yooh bed service! I did not know that trolley not allowed and mine was full of food and other things.. and the waiter told me that the reason you not attended its because of that. After that the was no solution. I have to go and get another place for food
