The staff are very nice and friendly but the wait for my prescription glasses to arrive has been very long and over the normal time it takes for glasses to arrive.

Thank you for great customer service. A shout out to Pat Heron at Hemingways branch. I needed my previous prescription details for my new optometrist, overseas. Pat sent it to me just in time for my appointment.

Went there yesterday, with the intention to make an booking for eye test and new spectacles. Before making the booking, i requested the reception lady if i could look (just look, not touch) the spectacle frames, before making a decision. Her response "no browsing allowed", although i was the only customer in the shop. Well i am very dissappointed, and they lost business of approx R7000. Bad experience, will never again recommend this business to anyone.

My question/lohic is, how can i go for the testing, all processes, then i am not intetested in their range of frames.
