The venue itself looks like it can host some awesome cocktail parties, the variety of cocktails to choose from allows you to try something different throughout the evening. The only down falls in my opinion are that the prices are expensive where I can get the same items cheaper at other establishments and the biggest downfall is the unfriendly staff. Our waitress was to busy chatting to a gentleman at the bar instead of attending to us. We kept having to get her attention to order or drinks and there was no smile nothing, she was just there because she had to be, that was the vibe we got. The other 2 staff were on there phones in the corner. No hint of a manger/mangeres anywhere to be found. Not a place I'd go to anytime soon...

absolutely love this place . had a business meeting here. enjoyed the food and the manager and owner was very friendly !

something I love doing when no one is expecting it is tip the waiter the size of my bill... she was very appreciative of this !

Friendly service and really good burgers. Has some nice food options and a full bar. Good place to go for breakfast or lunch.

Food was great although the service is very slow and the toilets are DISGUSTING! Take your own toilet paper and hand sanitizer!

Absolutely horrible service. The trainee waitresses were on their phones and inattentive. The food took long to come and was horrible. I couldn’t even finish it.

I sincerely feel pity on the franchisee for the loss he/she’s making.

No white wine available. That indicates poor management. Why not shut the doors? It’s clearly a waste of money.

The worst service I've had in a long time, my table didn't get any sauces as on the menu with our food and were told afterwards the sauces are finished, not informed while ordering. All our food was ice cold when it finally arrived and bland, we waited a very long time considering there were only three other tables at the time, the coffee was quarter filled cups and also cold and we had to ask afterwards for milk. We inquired to smoking area outside, and were told yes, although no ashtrays were provided. All and all, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone, and I'm deeply dissatisfied having to pay my bill for such a horrid experience.

I As a regular customer of many news Cafe venues, and enjoying those I have been to, I was surprised that it was extremely noisy. The loud music was only geared to one group, not the general population. The order of fried Mac and cheese was incorrect. As there are two types of Mac and cheese and the server did not listen well enough or clarify which, despite pointing to the item on the menu, still argued with us, when it was brought. Just plain old flavourless Mac and cheese, I'm afraid. There was no sense of accuracy or urgency in bringing the order. Sorry, won't go back again.
