What they did to me was cruel,
I had an unsuccessful debit order on August 2018 which I did not pick up on my end, and no communication was received from motion fitness.
The September payment and October went through, which made me not notice I missed a month.
Instead of them communicating with me first, by notifying me I missed a payment, they silently handed me over to lawyers, and I still was not informed of that, up until I went to give my Month's notice for cancellation of contract , only then they tell me. And by this time I was liable for Lawyer's fees+ that month's payment + and interest.
When I ask the Sales Rep the Steps they follow when an individual misses a payment, she just told me that she does not know.
I think this shows how Notion Fitness does not care about client relationship, they are just after money, because you do not do this to people you still want as part of your membership.
