There's now an explanation for why this specific branch is always empty. If you want to spend a huge amount for quality go to Sorbet in Umhlanga, Durban.

My nails were done for almost 6 weeks without a chip or any breakage. I did a soak off here and my nail was broken while filing. Then the lady did an apparent "fix" which was damaged which broke the next day. Tried calling this store the entire weekend and during the week and they would not answer the phone or call back. Changed my number to private and amazingly someone answered the phone. Let's not even talk about the terrible repair and the staff refusing to fix it like I asked. 2 days later I had an infection on my nail.

R 750 wasted and a regular client lost.

Read the other reviews here. This kind of service seems to be the norm.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Nails broke off after two weeks. Extremely high price for such a weak service.

They were rushing to go home and the quality of work done was not to our satisfaction. The nails are already out within a week. The gel is not good. The pedicure on the other hand was perfect, I even bought the scrub they used.

Wanted an appointment and the salon was empty!! The lady said it’s fully booked ????
Walked around the mall came back and it was still empty!!!
Catch a wake up. Stop been lazy!!????
