Even 1 is too much. I bought a router in October 2020. I took it back within a week to the Vincent TELKOM shop because it wasn't covering my area. They have taken more than R14000 of my account. I'm still waiting for my full refund after hundreds of tel.calls and visits at this East London shop..one time I almost got beaten up by a staff member because I demanded to speak to the manager. If you want this kind of a service and your money taken by TELKOM GANGSTERS than be my guest. It's plain daylight robbery. I'm a 71 year old pensioner and I got robbed by TELKOM

Waited an hour in line to be told to check online for details pertaining to what is purchasable in the store. Agent clearly had no interest in selling anything because she said theres a policy against giving third parties any information about products, price points or availability for fear of the store being robbed! Never been so insulted in my life. To add insult to injury I went to the hemingway's branch same day and was assisted with the utmost hospitality. Get your staff in check they have no desire to work or be of any form of assistance.

The level of service, courtesy and customer-centered attitude I received from the stuff members that were assisting me was world class! I applaud and take my hat off for them! I am beyond happy! Thank you for making what was a big mess (which was my fault) seem like a walk in the park! Keep up the good work and I hope you do the same for others. I am a very happy customer thanks to the staff and their efforts!! Thank you!

Awefull experience. Twice. Lines move very very slow. One can see the grass grow while standing there. There are 4 or more service desks but only one or 2 people working when it gets busy. The lady at the door does not deal with one customer at a time. She jumps from one to the other and neglect you. Happened to me twice. Dont know bout others

This store has very bad customer servicing abilities. A visit to this store is never under an hour. The staff are friendly and helpful when you eventually get to speak to them.

There are only ever two staff members assisting customers despite the numerous employees mulling around.
