GAME STORE VINCENT PARK-DISHONEST u0026 DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT
Went to Game Vincent Park in East London to go purchase a Samsung A13 phone that was on special. I called in to find out if they had the phone that was on special and Sanele said they had plenty in stock. Upon my arrival at 13:10, she, asked me if I was the lady that had called for the phone, and I said yes. she than said that they had a problem as the phones were scanning at full price and I had to 2 options to buy it at the full price or wait for their manager who was on lunch and will be back at 14h:00...so I asked if there isn't another manager who could authorize this, she mentioned that Paul will not be able to and naturally I opted to wait...The manager Sharad( something like that) got back at 14:30, after numerous calls from, Sanele. He was so rude. Did not apologize for being late and totally disregarded me. He than said that the special has ended and the phones are scanning full price... I showed him the add in the paper and online. I than told him that my friend who works at Beacon Bay Retail Park, got the phone on special today...he than said I should go to Game Beacon Bay...I explained that I work here in Vincent and it will be way out of my reach, as I am based here in Vincent , especially when Vincent has stock of the item.
I have bought most of my major items from Game and never have I been treated so badly and discriminated against.
I had to pay full price for a product that is on special, when the special was active. I felt robbed and lied to...False advertising is ...Never have I experienced such poor management in my life.
