One of the bigger stores with a wider range of stock compared to other Clicks stores. You will find a lot of interesting items here that you will not find in other Clicks stores. This makes it an excellent place to go for all your related needs as you will definitely get what you are looking for. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit to this store. Keep up the amazing work!

I was at Clicks Vincent with my 2 kids and I was told I cannot enter with an EMPTY trolley to buy my essentials. I don’t know how I’m supposed to buy nappies and stuff with 2 kids running around when the only thing I can use to control them is an EMPTY trolley.

I know very well that clicks does not have big trolleys that can accommodate kids and shopping so I don’t know what they’re trying to achieve with this stupid rule at a mall where I’m doing my shopping!

You’ve lost a customer with your ridiculous manager and security guard that were ready grab my kids and throw us out of the store! Good luck to all the mommies shopping there???????????? ????

I was very disappointed, the store was supposed to open at 8am but we waited outside for an hour while staff were busy creating heritage day content. Nobody bothered to explain to us why the was a delay.

Without fail there's always a que to pay....
Very slow service....
Why don't they have a till fir 5 items or less?
Imagine 28 people infront most have trolleys

Next time pls don't advertise clinic services if you won't be there. I spent 20 minutes from 12h20 and still couldn't be attended. The only answer I got is that they don't know the whereabouts ofthe nurse. Howso?

I'm digusted and appalled by your service! I have been waiting for my delivery for over a month and there's no communication from Clicks end. I am utterly fraistrated because I've paid to no avail.
