Waited 20 minutes before having to go find a waitress. Placed an order and waited another 20 minutes for half the order to arrive. Drinks on menu ordered are out of stock and not available. Called for manager to be told by waitress she will call her after she has attended to 2 other customer tables. Manager attempted to correct order but still not as the menu depicted. Ice cream had melted by the time the order was corrected. Staff were rude and have no pride in what they dish up. Will not be back. This is the second terrible experience at this particular wimpy.

Very Dissapointed as a regular at this establishment; waitress ZOLISWA of shift on 29 March 2022 refused to assist us even though she was free, instead she stood with her hands folded infront of the mirror while we had to find tables for ourselves. Thanks to waitres MINKY for stepping up and coming to our aid. @ZOLISWA very apolling attitude towards customers.

Bought bbq n peri peri wings mind u it's nt my first time hving this wth chips wings was just boiled an sauce put over no salt what's so ever tasted horrible. I dnt think I will ever eat at this place again.

I am very disappointed with the service there I don’t even know where to start my friends chicken was under cooked, the barbecue sauce looked like soup OMG! I asked for a peri peri sauce on the side and it looked and tasted horrible with oil floating on top, my milkshake was just flavored milk the whipped cream came as is no sugar on it or whatsoever most horrifying experience and lastly the waitress demanded a tip for what exactly I spent almost a R300 on a spaza shop meal never setting my foot there ever

Huge disappointment for customer service!
I came hungry to eat my favorite burger at Wimpy Vincent. I waited for so long as the waiters intentionally disregarded me prioritizing their personal conversation with a non customer lady. They continued ignoring me even if I tried to speak to them. I even asked them If I am not welcome. No good communication, no good service. Really disappointed.

Bad Bad service, walked in n no one was at the door, so I took a sit myself.... I had to call someone to help after 15mins of waiting ????, eventually when someone came, they just gave me a menu n left again for another 10min, someone else came n asked what I wanted, took the menu n left.... No greeting nothing.
What a bad way to end my day, wish I never came here!!
My milkshake served in a soda Glass!!

Y are the elderly people working here?

I am NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!!!
