My son was given a Christmas shirt that was too small. It had the docket on but I was not given the receipt from his grandmother. I was told there was nothing they could do. They couldn't even exchange for a bigger size. So I just left the shirt there with the very unhelpful assistant. Won't be shopping at that store any longer. Extremely disappointed.

Stood in an extremely long queue with only 1 cashier on duty. When I complained after waiting a good 15 minutes, another 2 cashiers emerged. I was then informed that to collect a parcel, I had to stand in another queue. The lady who eventually assisted me was extremely rude. NOT a good experience!!

A well established chain store selling good quality clothing and shoes. A good range of schoolwear and school shoes. Low prices.

Loved the space in the shop ,it's not too squished like the other Pep stores

Very good PEP store, friendly staff and efficient service. Parking is just a nightmare outside.
