Prices always incorrect, till staff talking loudly amongst themselves with groups of other staff members at the packing end of the till counter, 6 tills closed month end so long queues.

This Pick n Pay provides an awful shopping experience. The shop is generally unclean, overcrowded, always with far too few cashiers. Overall not how shoppers expect to be treated nowadays.

Service is really bad. On the day I visited this store there were no potatoes, onions were a few and to top it up the long queues when waiting to pay was ridiculous. Tellers veey slow

Rudest cashier I've ever met! Had a couple of incidents in the past anf6 once again today a cashier who obviously does not want to be there. I'll stick to Amalinda Spar in future,. Much better service

Ordered online, was sent the wrong product, calling the number listed on here is a waste of time, no one picks up, I had to call the call Centre. Totally upset that an item from my order was changed without notification, pick n pay app and delivery service is pathetic, pay delivery fees then must have alot of atym to correct the problem, emailed and no reply as yet, they don't understand Rainbow simple chicken original Viennas to eskort chicken Viennas, I will highly not recommend anyone who purchase halaal or is exact on what they eat to use this app or even bother to call the number listed here for Vincent pick n pay.

The store has people trying to sell you insurance who will harass you and do not respect a woman's right to be left alone if she asks them to stop.

My wife has had her 3rd terrible experience in store after being harassed in store by the insurance agent. The last time the guy got aggressive with her because she would not let him touch her arm and this time he insisted she put her phone down and speak to him.

I've tried to call the manager but they do not answer calls.

After a 2 HOUR wait in a que, a guy couldn't pay and another 25minites passed while Eric, the floor manager cowardly hid a few tellers down, while he knew about the problem. When confronted he could not help. Never ever again. Checkers from now on
