The service received was excellent! There is a friendly and relaxed feeling when you enter the shop and a happy satisfied feeling when you leave.
Donavon always kept me updated on the progress of my wedding ring guard and he always went that extra mile to keep me interested and excited for the outcome.
I am extremely happy and pleased with my wedding ring guard and will Definitely recommend family and friends to make use of Bell's Jewellers in East London.

Immensely impressed by Don's professionalism and expertise in assisting me to source the ring of wife's dreams. To this day, we're amazed at the beauty of the ring. Having concluded the transaction during the global lockdown, Don went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as can be and was always a message/phone call/voice note away to assist. I'd highly recommend this fine company.

Incredible one on one service. Donavan was extremely thorough and patient in helping me figure out the perfect design. The outcome blew us both away and I now have a beautiful fiancé!

Absolutely blown away! The service throughout was incredible and the product magnificent. Don and his team were patient with me, giving me all the options possible. Once we had finalized the design, the process of manufacturing begun and I was always kept in the loop.

The final product was honestly beyond our expectations. My Fiancé could not be happier with her ring.

I would recommend Bells to anyone wanting a superb product without any hassles.

Service was amazing, and The design and guidance from Donavon was excellent. He really met my expectations and design most amazing ring exactly what I had in mind and even better. I could not ask for anyone better than him.I highly recommend him for any Jewellery designs and needs.

A couple of months ago i brought my fossil watch to Bells to change the battery. The lady that was assisting me opened the watch and replaced the battery and then told me that my watch seal is broken and they don't know how to put it back together and i was given my watch back with the back plate. I had to go to a different jewellery store and they sorted the seal and put the back plate on my fossil watch back.
