It's a beautiful place with great wifi and all the entertainment apps on TV however, It's not loadshedding accommodating, there's a no smoking sign but the room smells cigarette. There's a funny stain on the floor. Otherwise the linen and towels are clean and fresh. Friendly staff also.
The construction going on is very disturbing, it's very noisy. The curtain doesn't cover the whole window, it's mostly a lace you can see from the outside which is so uncomfortable.

The place is beautiful and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Thatch. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was neat and very clean. The host Ruth made it certain that my staying at The Thatch was priceless I enjoyed myself.

The place was clean and towels were terrible cream white instead of being pure white.
Staff did not introduced themselves to us and they have a lot of attitude,racism and not friendly. They treat white people better than blacks. Breakfast service was very poor.No house rules.
Poor customer service.Wifi was excellent.

Found bullet shell on the balcony .cocoroache In my room and it had no key even the gate was unlocked ...the place is under renovation I wouldn't advice people to go there
