Useless setup at your Carwash..20+ cars in line and only 1 staff member active to deal with washing and operating the machine..ridiculous.. on weekends you should have atleast 3 people!! So thay when someone is a their break there still 2!! Wake up management..you make enough money to atleast employee a few more people for weekends for this.

Had the WORST experience last night!

Drove from Pretoria yesterday and reached George 19:20. All I needed was a toilet, refresh, fill my 130 L tank and have my windscreen washed.
YET I WAS DENIED A TOILET ! Cashiers refused to help me and send me out to Attendants. They wanted to play and said I must go back to cashiers. Eventually I was good enough to use the staff quarters toilet after I had to beg for a toilet. ????????????????
All I needed was a place to refresh and maybe a coffee if I’m lucky which I also couldn’t find while I had to wait 45min to check in at my guesthouse.

I am in the same industry. If this had to happened to anyone of my customers at any of my sites (whom sales we need so desperately after Covid); heads would be rolling today! Go check your cameras 19:30 White Ford GP Reversed In - then ask your staff why I was denied access and service. This from a Town I grew up in.

Guess where I am filling up today and having my car washed. Not at your business! ????
