Over all the shop is great. My bad experience is that fresh salad an pickeled fish at the self help counter is off. A whole R60.00 waisted. Please guys check what you offer clients.

I had the worst experience at The Reef store on the 3rd of August 2022. I bought the muesli, yogurt and fruit mix already packed, when I got to my car to eat, the fruit was mouldy, sticky and smelly. I quickly returned it and asked for the manager. An older man by the name of Phillip, came to assist. He did not resolve the matter at all, he made it seem so trivial, and a waste of his time nevermind the inconvience or the illness I could have suffered had I had eaten the mix. I left the store with my R35 , no apology, no compensation to make sure I come back to the store again retaining me as a customer. He seemed so non-chalant and pleased with himself and I don't know whether is it the colour of my skin that made him so comfortable with the way he resolved my complaint or what drove the poor customer service. What's worse there was no sense of urgency to remove the rest of the muesli packs from the fridge. They remained there the entire time the manager was lecturing me on how blueberries should not stay too long in containers.

The waiters in the restaurant are always louds and very noisy. They constantly shout at each other from across opposite sides of the room. What an irritation.

Love their caramel eclaires and their sushi. Great prices on fruit and vegetable combos and I have always gotten great quality

My husband and I love to shop at FLM The Reef and then stop at the Market Cafe for a breakfast. Thobekani and Similar are EXCEPTIONAL waiters and go out of their way to help you out. Their service brings us back again and again.

I greeted Sibusiso who never greeted us back. He just placed the menus in front of us and that was it. No smile, meet and greet and ask if we would like to drink anything.

Clean, neat and tidy, wonderful deli and bakery.

The coffee shop is also a bonus, some great coffee to be had, with friendly and helpful professional staff
