The food and atmosphere is so relaxing, they have everyday specials, ribs and steak at half price is my favourite. Service is unmatched tops!! Definitely worth many repeat visits.

Attended Rand Air Show. Beautiful experiencing the history of this setup. So much historic nostalgia; eatery facilities. Well worth spending time here if you love planes and their historic value.

An interesting place, construction started 1920 and by 1931 it was established as an international airport.

If you are a novice to aviation the Harvard Cafe is where you can sit outdoors and enjoy watching aircraft arriving, departing and parking at the apron while consuming a meal or a drink.

If you want to become a pilot or improve your piloting skills there are a number of flight schools that you can use to do so.

There are many businesses all around the airport concerning aviation like: aircraft spares, aircraft refurbishment, helicopter maintenance repairs chartering, pilot gear like maps and charts, aircraft spray painting, hangars for parking aircraft, aircraft sales.

Rand airshow was awesome , took the family for a helicopter ride and saw some cool aircraft. Will definitely go again next year ????????

Very nice weather to fly. Taken my son who is training to be a pilot! I recommend Sunquest Aviation. They have qualified instructors (Chipo, Moderchai, etc). Very professional!

Flew in on a helicopter. Very effective ATC and ground staff. Lovely restaurant. Airport is centrally located.
