It's a perfect well maintained Gym. Is best than Virgin Active, planet fitness etc. Everything from management to gym equipment excellent. Zero theft, everyone is respecting one another

The energy in the gym is positive I love it.
Some of the members leaves weights laying on the floor after using them is just annoying

Nice gym the management is ok but some guys goes around bullying new faces moving them out of machines if they want to use. They dont even wait for sm1 to finish. Wanted to report them but am scared of my safety they are just big guys. So now I've stopped for 2months untill I heal from such experience.

Still love the gym, changed a bit yes, theres now a small area more designed for body weight l, crossfit and or calisthenic exercises, tvs with motivational videos and new weight and equipment have been added.
