I used to eat there because of free wifi, I would write my assigments with free wifi on my laptop while enjoying the meal. But now the wifi is slow, it’s been a month now. I get bored easily and left after eating. I wont go there again if they don’t fix the wifi connection.

Good day everyone the worst service at Macdonald's as they dont even ask if u paying by cash or card and just assume it is cash and take forever with a card machine that not working or didn't put it on charge . Please make sure the staff doesnt need to shout to get a cashier to take a payment as they should be on there spot . Please make sure that they go for training to be able to ask the question and to make sure that they on there spot

Like most McDonald's franchises in SA, there drive through service is appalling. Takes forever and then get chased to the parking area to fool the system with there delivery speed

Very slow service. Staff seem to not want to help. They talk to each other and have no haste at all. Took me 30 min to order 2 x ice creams. Very disappointing

I used to love this McDonald's until a few months back... Just last week they made a horrible burger for me unfortunately I was already home could've taken it back... There's this stench in their toilet... It's unbearable honestly... I even asked the ladies to spray but it seems like it's from the plumbing because a few days later the smell was still there... I don't like this McDonald's anymore
