My first overnight stay in Gqeberha and extremely impressed. A quality five star hotel with reasonable rates. Understated but efficient service and they get the little things right (shower doesn't leak, a surprising rarity in even good hotels, room well set out, decent coffee machine in the rooms etc). I was extremely comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely be keen to come back.

Nice hotel with beautiful building, nice pool,
Too few rubbish bins around.
Hotel is in walking distance to sea, a few restaurants and a mall. Nice position indeed.
Nice paintings of various plants in hotel corridors.
Breakfast expensive. There was only one banana on the table and too ripe!
Check out took long at reception.

Was a Lovely stay⭐️Went there during renovations not so much of kiddies entertainment at the hotel. Hotel staff were professional and efficient ????Breakfast not so much of variety. Our Rooms were super clean and five star looks . Stone throw from the beach

I cannot comment on any hotel experiences as I never had the opportunity to a free stay.. just heard from friends. I was wondering when my husband and myself will ever get a chance. Since we are visiting the casino regularly since it's existence.

The lobby is beautiful,warm welcome from the ladies. Tshawe Bar has a lovely ambiance and food. The views of the ocean are great from the 4th floor.

????Just had a broken chair in the room.

Rooms large and nice. Beautiful sea view. Some items in the room not up to standard though.

We saw that there was construction work at the hotel and asked for a quiet sea view room. We were given a room right above the construction which was ok when we checked in late afternoon but was loud and intrusive the next morning. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and were told that our only option was a room next to the lift- which made a whining sound and where staff and guests make noise. In fact the hotel was not full and there were s
many vacant rooms. We asked one of the cleaning staff to show us a quieter room and soon found several options which were not offered to us. We got the feeling that we were being demanding and that our needs as customers were simply not a priority.
