We booked and paid through Airbnb, but the hosts never responded to calls and emails to their private numbers or email addresses, or even messages on Airbnb itself. After numerous attempts at trying to contact them, we did arrive at the venue, but no one was there to let us in and we still could not contact anyone. Not recommended at all.

On my arrival there On the 31st of December 2019 I struggled to get in. The keyless entry system is a complete failure. Spoke to other guests they also shared the same sentiment. Tried to call the emergency numbers, both were on voicemail waited there for 2 hours locked outside my room!!!!. So to cut a long story short, I couldn’t get into my room, had to book another place of accommodation at 8pm which cost me an arm and a leg. So the next morning I got a call from a guy named Thomas who helped me and I eventually got in my suite the next day. The suite is gorgeous, we’ll kept and clean. However, the struggle to get in put me off completely. I had to ask for my refund about 3 or 4 times and they just transferred it to me 2 days ago. So my experience at the establishment was horrible. No APOLOGY whatsoever from the Ronell lady who owns the place. What a disappointment!

The photos of this place is exatly how it is in real life. The cleaning staff is extremely friendly. The bathrooms are also very neat and luxurious. I like the way the kitchen looks and the varnish on the wooden floors.

I would certainly like to come back to this place to stay here again.

Gai Séjour is in a league of it's own, Terrence is extremely helpful and non-intrusive. We stayed in Enchanted and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. From the full bouquet DSTV, ball and claw bath, top of the range bed and linen and Bosch equipped fitted kitchen. We could ask for more and it's by far the nicest Bu0026B we have stayed in in South Africa.

Their place is very neat and beautiful in a quiet area. I'm coming back definitely. Except that keyless system it was a struggle to get In we end up using keys. We enjoyed our stay there ☺️☺️

The apartment is very clean, well organised , safe , quiet neighbourhood , upmarket finish. All amenities within 2-3 kms radius. However , we had difficulty in getting hold of host upon arrival as u need special code to enter main gate u0026 to enter apartment that needs to be used thru your mobile.

A very neat place, home away from home. Friendly staff and always willing to assist. The place looks exactly as in the internet you wont get any suprises. The keyless entry tops it all. Will certainly book this place for accomodation when I visit PE again.
