We went on a trip to PE for gymnastics.

We stayed at the Owl guesthouse, itself not being a bad place. We were 2 gymnast, a coach and a judge all staying in the garden cottage and not in the main house.
I would say that the garden cottage needs some renovating, don't know if that place will pass building regulations (some of the walls are quite skew) but it was cozy. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Only one bathroom for 4 people in the cottage, not that great when it's me being one woman and the other 3 being men. But the privacy of the rooms aren't too bad. The garden cottage can take 7 people in total, imagine that with one bathroom. Location isn't too bad, there are a few shops quite close by and the area is mostly quiet.

We stayed as a family for 5 days, the guesthouse was neat and clean all the time. Tayleen the helper was very friendly and amazing. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. If only we had a tv in our room as well. Winter requires one to stay in bed????

Hi.... I really enjoyed my stay in Owl house quest house... Janine the owner is a very warm hearted person friendly and caring woman. She ensures that we were settled in well on our arrival and give us a warm welcome. It was my first time to PE and will definitely go again and book with her again. Thanks Janine we really enjoyed our time and wish to return soon.

I had a lovely stay, my room was by the main road though so I woke up early from car noise

The place was beautiful inside, the only issue was that when we weren't there the people came into the house to put electricity into the meter which I felt was very unethical. We did not have a enough hot water to shower and the plates on the stove was not working except for one so a hours cooking on Saturday night took us 3 hrs. The oven of the stove was rusted and had holes in it. The microwave could not be used as it was filthy dirty on the inside. Other than that it was not a bad stay, but I will not be using the Owl House for future accommodation in PE
