I cannot belive that they just cant get it right. ordered my meal no garnish no sauce. Throgh Mr D . And it arrives full of sauce and garnish. Driver refuses to take it back and drives off says it is not his problem. So now I have paid and cant eat my meal.

Ordered my meal online, and I opted for the meal to be ready by 10:15. I got there 10:05 and my meal was there waiting for me. And the smile I got from the employees was amazing! And the food? Oh God. Those were the best zinger burgers I have ever had. And the chicken I ordered on the side was the juiciest KFC chicken I've ever had! I just wanted to have some more and some more but I was on a tight budget! 5 stars for everything. From service to the food and cleanliness!

We bought some colonel burgers tonight. Dry buns. Searched for the chicken fillet and when I lifted the small offcut piece of tamoto, there it was, hiding under the tomato. So unhappy with these small expensive burgers. Very dissapointed. KFC is not what it used to be. My son actually wants us to take it back but with the expensive fuel it is not worth it. Shame on you KFC 17th Quarter.

Food is good as one expects from the KFC brand but if you aren't accepting cards, then put up a bigger sign at the drive-thru. Once in the queue, there's no turning back. :(
The park and wait instead of driving through is a semi regular issue as well.

Worst drive through service ever. Had to wait at the ordering station until the lady finished her conversation with her colleague ( as a matter of fact I thought they were closing) after still had to wait behind other cars who were being ignored as well for someone to come to the window. Management needs to do something

The food was actually very good. Just wished the staff could greet customers more professionally at the drive thru window

Terrible service waited literally 30 min just to tell us will be 10 more minutes then another 20 minutes for just 4 twisters with no chips or soda on the 3 de of September just after 10

Do not go to this KfC
